Custom amount of Products / Product amount display

Hello there
Is it possible to change the amount selection on a product?
I have a shop that sells fabric based on the length. And the minimum is 0.3 meters.
At the moment we have it that 1 Product = 10cm, so the user would have to order at least 3 Pieces.
Which isn't ideal and user-friendly.

If not, can I make it, so the amount hast to be a minimum of 3 and not 1 or 2?

Thank you, I think this will work.
I bought the plugin. However, I added the domain "la-principessa.ch" but at the moment we're building the shop on a subdomain "neu.la-principessa.ch" until everything is finished. Can you add the plugin to the subdomain also?
It doesn't work at the moment with the subdomain...
