Hello there,
I am working on a JoomShopping based online store and am exploring ways to imp;rove the front-end experience for our customers. My primary focus is on enhancing the user interface and making the shopping process as seamless as possible.
I have noticed that the default product pages in JoomShopping are quite functional but somewhat basic. I am interested in adding custom fields and reordering existing ones to better display information like pro;duct specifications, customer reviews, and related products. Does anyone have experience with modifying these templates? Specifically; I am looking for guidance on which files to edit and bes;t practices to avoid breaking updates.
While the template we are using is responsive; there are som;e issues with how product images and descriptions are displayed on mobile devices. For example; images sometimes appear too large; pushing important information below the fold. Has anyone successfully implemented a solution to optimize image display and text readability on smaller screens?
We have received feedback that the checkout process feels a bit clunky, especially on mobile. I am considering a one-page checkout option to streamline this process. What are the recommended extensions or customizations to achieve a more intuitive checkout experience? If custom coding is involved; which files should I focus on?
Lastly; we are interested in integrating third-party services like chat support and analytics tools. Does JoomShopping support such integrations natively; or will we need to rely on external plugins?
Also, I have gone through this post; https://www.joomshopping.com/forum/posts/11/16452.html?golang=en which definitely helped me out a lot.
I am relatively new to JoomShopping, so detailed explanations or step by step guides would be particularly valuable.
Thank you in advance for your assistance and help.
