Я не бачу проблем кроме як
що проблема в вашому сервері (емейлі)
ваш емейл можливо в Чорному списку.

В чомусь повинна бути проблема.
Бо я вписав однакову основну скриньку з якої повинні виходити листи.
Якщо реєструю користувача з силки Joomla то повідомлення іде і користувач може клацнути і підтвердити особу.
А якщо реєструю відразу з JoomShopping то користувач теж створюється але не активний і сам не може себе підтвердити бо не отримує повідомлення.

Була ще проблема при реєстрації в Joomla не можна було редагувати в JoomShopingu в панелі клієнта але аддон синхронізації користувачів поправив цю помилку.
